I earned 2 buffets and my wife earned one. There does seem to be differences at the kiosks. Some kiosks ask for a pin and some ask for a birthday. My wife tried to get her voucher and couldn’t and I tried later and it printed without any problems. . We really enjoyed the Carnival World buffet.
