Used to get 3 nights from Boyd, now nothing.
Also got hit from El Cortez, lost free play and nights.
Looks like they are all doing it together.

W are no longer going to play at Mainstreet. That is two sapphire players they just lost
We would go to Mainstreet 3 times a week. Liked playing there but the downgrades are stopping us Che only got $5 free play once a week and had to play 150 points to get $10. Cheap, cheap.
Will miss the great employees.

It’s not just the reduction of benefits on a systemwide basis–it’s also how they are treating players individually. 2017 was one of the heaviest play years for me in the last decade. Despite that, I’m getting lousy room BOGO offers from Boyd when I used to get 3-6 free nights a quarter; I’m getting feeble 20% room discounts from Stations when I used to get 60% discounts and resort fee waivers; I now get “casino rate” from the El Cortez when for SIXTEEN years, I got three free nights + 40 free play + 50 food credit, every quarter, like clockwork. Other results are similar, and several casinos have stopped sending me anything at all. While I’m not a local, I’ve heard tales of Boyd, Stations, and the rest of the gang similarly squeezing local mailer offers into nothingness.

I’ve never given CET even a chance to sniff my wallet, but I’m given to understand that they’re beating up their best players, slashing their benefits in particular (and everyone’s in general). Given that their games are lousy, they should be doing everything they can to keep those players–but maybe things are booming anyway and they just don’t care any more. It’s all going downhill, folks.
