It was a great memory for the both of us to meet you and Brad at the Orleans just before you left Vegas.
He had such interesting and humorous stories that day especially about enjoying sports book hot dogs, even though they were too great for our bodies!
I’m glad that you are near family and will check out the renaming of the base there.

Jean, so glad you had those precious moments of clarity with Brad. As someone who is experiencing the beginnings of dementia with a family member, I became a bit tearful just reading your post.

Jean, you have been with me from my very first trips to Las Vegas. I read TGF and Max Rubin’s Comp City over and over back in the day. All that time, you have also been with Brad. While I am sad to learn of his dementia, he could not have a better warrior in his corner than the Queen. I wish you health and happiness as our worlds continue to turn. It’s campy but true: “Like the sands in the hourglass, these are the days of our lives.” Peace be with you and with Brad.
