Been following you off and on since early 2000’s when I would fly out to Vegas from Florida a few times a year to play video and table poker. A friend of mine who did the same and I were trying to remember the name of the guy who wrote articles on all his video poker trips. He had a fixed strategy. He always started at I believe one dollar machines then if he didn’t hit a royal he would jump to higher dollar amounts and kept jumping up each time he lost his assigned bankroll at each limit. he seemed to always come out ahead but did get to really high dollar limits sometimes but seemed to do it without fear. Do you remember what his name was or is???? We can’t remember it any more.

Thanks so much for writing this blog. My husband and I have you (and LVA) to thank for all the wonderful Las Vegas vacations we have taken over the last 30 years. The Frugal Gambler was a game changer, learning how to get free rooms, free food and free play! Luckily, we started during the heyday of video poker, the strip was a lot of fun back then. So many memories! Please know that we all care about you and Brad, thanks for sharing your family with us.
