The Player’s Club really isn’t complex (IMHO), what makes it confusing is that the employees have been left entirely in the dark by corporate, so if you ask simple questions, they have no answers. The two key changes at Trop are:
1) You cannot convert points earned to free play; the only free play now is through mailed offers.
2) Comps are earned during play at a rate of 50c per $1k CI on VP and $1 per $1k CI on slots. If you play all day… you might be able to get a hamburger with your earned comps (but not fries! lol).
