Jean, the next time you buy a new car, insist that the dealer chain gives you a free car wash at least once a month. We bought a new car a week ago and the free monthly car wash came with it, much to our surprise. Of course, now we’ve got 36 monthly payments coming up, but that’s neither here nor there.

Sorry to hear of your loss Jean. My car is always dirty here in the wilds of Idaho’s Northwest at least 6 “cold” months a year anyhow! Just got back from a 4 day trip to the Palms last night (or should I say this morning as SW airlines was 2 hours late again!). Anyhow as an out-of-towner and fairly new to the Palms I find all the promotions somewhat difficult to understand. Granted I could get in the always seemingly long line at the Club Palms or the promotion desk but with limited time to do “everything” we like to do, i.e. mostly VP gamble, the wife and me let these promotion go. I feel bad about it and truly think you would probably scold me if we met in person but that is probably just the guilt talking. Well I’ve taken way too much of your time and space here. Hoping maybe the Palms will be good enough to give you and Brad some free tokens back as they should understand your situation and it really is not all your fault here. Big wins to you and Brad!
