This week when we went to the Palms they had a special Cashier’s window dedicated to issuing a coupon for one or two free pulls (depending on your offer for March). We still had to stand in 2 line but they were much quicker.

It shouldn’t be necessary. The clerk at the promotion in the Megabucks area should be able to swipe your players card and the computer should tell him or her exactly how many spins you are entitled to. Furthermore, if you have a high-level card (such as President or Chairman at the Stations, for example), it should serve as a line pass. I hope you’re passing along your frustration to the folks at the Palms for their consideration in the future.
