I use the soft memory foam plugs. They help a lot, but last time we were in LV we went to a lounge show at the Palms. I could have enjoyed the show at one tenth the volume, but the bass was to loud I couldn’t take it even with the ear plugs. I wouldn’t be without the plugs anytime in Las Vegas.
