I’m having some health issues, but if they resolve, I’ll be off to Laughlin in late October. Booking very early gave me the Golden Nugget for 15 nights at an average of $40 a night. So far, the Nugget has not resort fee. It is perhaps the only one left now in Laughlin with no fee.

I like two gambling opportunities: full pay at Aquarius and the rather unusual 2-6 spread limit live poker.

Generally, I would rent a car and drive, going to Oatman, going up to hike Grapevine Canyon, and taking a long route back to Vegas that included the Hoover Dam.

I’m not comfortable driving just now, so I’m going to go by bus, I hope. It is not expense for such a long stay. Here is where I hope to rent. I’ve read good things about both these companies.

I still hope to do a little hiking in Grapevine Canyon by taking an Uber or Lyft there and back. It is often deserted, so I’m trying to figure how to enjoy that and be safe as a solo.
