Q: I was watching the Travel Channel last week, a program “Winning in Las Vegas.” I was just wondering if you and Brad still have those scooters you two were riding.
A: Yes, they are still there, along with hundreds (maybe thousands if you count all the little junk items the casinos give us) of other things packing our garage until we have never even thought of putting our car in it. We got the scooters when the grandkids were little and they did ride them a couple of times on visits here. But now they are both driving their own cars so I guess that time is past. And our arthritis makes it too dangerous for us to even consider getting on them again!

Remember that Harrah’s 7* freebie I told you about just Feb 2, eating free at Bill’s Gamblin’ Hall’s Victorian Cafe? Forget about it. Caesars pulled it two days latter. But don’t blame me if you made a special trip and was disappointed. I warned you to call first – always a good idea when dealing with a casino promotion, especially in this economic climate. These casino guys are very jumpy!!!
