One thing you might add: How much difference does it make in how your cashback/freeplay is given? Given the cash directly (not done much anymore anywhere that I know of) is one way and the best, I think. To be given freeplay seems to be the norm today. If you can use your cb/fp on 99%+ VP, well, most of us are OK with that. However, if cb/fp is limited to “slots only” then I would guess that your return is only worth 80%+/- of the face value. So a mailer of $50, “slots only”, is worth only about $40 to the player. Right?
