He’s advised me before that he and the other hosts are simply dumbfounded by the fact that Caesar’s/Harrah’s management makes changes and doesn’t even inform those closest to their customers.

I did receive an email back from Caesar’s advising that the \free shows\ available to Diamond players would be more site-specific and based on one’s play at a specific casino, and would \come in the mail.\ So, this certainly verified the information from the Seven Stars Insider that the two free show tickets per month perk is out.
