		<description><![CDATA[Jean, I&#039;m sure many of your readers are card carriers for either Caesar&#039;s Total Rewards or some other multi-chain of casinos and would benefit from a list of what &quot;perks&quot; have changed or been eliminated over the past year.  That would eliminate any argument that such a list changes too often to keep up with...as long as the card-holder realizes that such a list is biound to change.  For example, the list of &quot;free&quot; shows for Diamond card-holders has been shrinking steadily over the past year.  The list used to have 10-15 free shows (once a month).  Now I see that the list is down to only 5-6 of the &quot;cheapest&quot; shows.  Think you could do this... as the &quot;Queen of Comps?&quot;]]></description>
