Great interview. It’s pretty shitty to have gotten back stabbed and then fired for catching a bet capper at blackjack. I really enjoyed hearing about Tran’s dealing skills at poker, but could he do the same thing he showed Fluke if I handed him a randomized deck? It seems that he mastered his craft, but only to end up behind bars. Not to long ago I went to an interview at a casino for a surveillance position. To begin the interview all the candidates had to sit in front of a panel board of casinos employees where they asked the dumbest fucking questions possible. One guy on the board had only been with the company for a week for crying out loud! Other people on the board was the RFB supervisor and the marketing director for the casino besides for a few other softies. They asked this one guy, “if you were a crayon in a box, what color would you be and why?” Another dumb question they asked was, “what was the last present you bought for someone and why?”

After the series of stupid questions was over I finally got to talk to some of the surveillance personnel for the main interview and they did not ask me one single fucking question about game protection or protecting the assets of the casino. They basically gave me a personality test based on something a fucking psychologist came up with to see how you are. Nothing about the games or game knowledge! I thought of these surveillance people interviewing me as clerks. I thought those surveillance people were soft as far as vetting a potential candidate for the surveillance room in my opinion. After several days they called me back and they decided to go with another candidate who doesn’t know jack shit about the casino’s games. I would not have taken the job anyways if they would have given it to me. I just wanted to tell them I’m not interested based on the pay and for the fact that if they ever got a poker room I would not be allowed to play in it based on what they had told me. No can do.

I wouldn’t believe everything this “Fluke” has to say. He didn’t even step foot in a surveillance room until 3 years after the Tran organization was exposed!
