When was the last edition of BJ for Blood written? Relevant today?

We took over as publisher of Blackjack for Blood a couple years ago. At that time we went over the manuscript with Bryce and updated everything that needed updating. It’s definitely relevant.

You guys have a great show but you completely neglect the game of baccarat. I can only take so much of BJ and poker. Call Jason Sample “built by baccarat” to be a guest on your show. Should be interesting.
    Thx

Why would they want a systems hawker on their show? It’s called “Gambling with an Edge.” Not Gambling withOUT an Edge.

I haven’t spent much time looking into him, but Jason Sample appears to be a marketer, not a winning player. And if he claims to be winning at baccarat by methods that he can teach, that’s highly unlikely. The reason we don’t cover baccarat much on GWAE is that it’s unbeatable when played by standard methods. There are moves and situations where an edge can be derived, as there are in just about every game, but charting hands or using money-management techniques, which is what most advocate, won’t get it done.

Counting cards at baccarat side bets such as Dragon 7 (or any game that pays 40-1 on a 3 card winning Banker 7) is viable. Would love to explain this strategy on GWAE.

Here’s a way to beat EZ Baccarat’s Dragon 7 side bet with standard card counting with an 8/9 side count. This count can be used at blackjack too with great results. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kO0Jf5tdITQ
