For a relatively new blackjack player I think Steven is doing many things wrong. He’s putting his face out there on his Youtube channel and he’s turned it into a popularity thing just to get clicks on Youtube. That’s the wrong thing to do for any serious player who’s seeking longevity at card counting at blackjack. I’m not surprised that he got backed off in Washington state after I watched Steven’s video titled, “I Got Kicked Out Of A Casino For Counting Cards!” In that video it seems to me that he made many mistakes that card counters shouldn’t do. Such as driving on the wrong side of the road, showing his face on Youtube documenting his card counting experience, @5:28 in the video he mentions that it’s not about making money, and showing which casino’s he’s playing at in the video. Why put in all that training and then say on video, “it’s not about making money?” That didn’t make sense. I also think Colin went easy on Steven telling him that he had a winning game during his test out in Washington. Steven made several mistakes during test out.
As for Colin he needs to get a “real” blackjack table. I was shocked to see that test out for BJA is performed on a throw-out mock blackjack cloth that no doubt needed to be brushed with felt brush. Then the blackjack cloth wasn’t even tight, it was all loose and need to be ironed out. That was atrocious! I expected to see a higher level of professionalism regarding Colin in Steven’s video. I want BJA to have a real blackjack table. BJA’s clients deserve better paying the type of cash they are for his blackjack courses. Clean up that act Colin, seeing that was embarrassing. It’s called constructive criticism.
