If you were familiar with the old blackjackforumonline, you might note that this site looks a lot different. You might wonder why we decided to rebuild the site anew. Mainly, the old site was technically obsolete. Built 16 years ago using html coding, it was not compatible with modern computers.
The new site-building platforms make allowances for the fact that most internet users are surfing the net through cell phones, which have smaller screens than desktops or laptops. These newer platforms automatically adjust the design, the graphics and the fonts based on the device used to access the site.
Many blackjackforumonline users did access our site through cell phones, but it was not a smooth experience. And Google dislikes sites that do not adjust their design elements for the users’ devices. We got regular notifications from Google informing us that our site got low priority in their search engine because it was simply not user-friendly. Despite having more information on the game of blackjack and advantage play than just about any other free site on the Internet, people searching for blackjack information through Google were rarely steered to us.
So, this is just the beginning. We currently have about 300 of our articles posted. Many more of the articles from the old BJFO site will find their way here. I will be deleting some of the obsolete articles and adding other more relevant articles. The posts are categorized by general topic:
