Never miss another post
Just visited Sky Ute Casino in Ignacio Colorado. The table games were only open on specific days and had limited hours.
I started playing on their electronic Craps Machine. I had a bet on the Pass Line with odds, and a Place bet on the table when the machine said there was a system error and I should call an attendant. Eventually, an attendant came and opened the machine and said it would reset in a few minutes. When it reset, it continued to say there was a system error. The attendant called over several managers and told them he couldn’t fix it. He said they would only refund the amount showing in my bank. I asked them to refund my other bets that showed on the table. The attendant said they wouldn’t refund any of my pending bets because he couldn’t verify the amount. I asked one of the managers to refund my outstanding bets that couldn’t be played because of the machine malfunction, but they said the same. This seems unfair since the machine malfunction prevented the bets from being played. Is this a common practice or is unique to the Sky Ute Casino?
I would not recommend this Casino because of their unfair practice and poor customer service.
Does Colorado have a Gaming commission? I would call them.
Are there any VP pros who make a living just playing in Vegas? I assume there are still worthwhile progressives to chase but whatever value you can squeeze out of player’s clubs and promotions doesn’t seem like it’s worth it unless maybe you are a high limit player?
Sky Ute is a tribal casino. A state gaming casino might not have much jurisdiction.
