Hey guys I’m a regular listener. I’d like to know if Bob has heard or had any Baccarat APs barred? Can a skilled Baccarat player be barred?
    Thanks

Yes they definitely have been barred in many places. In NV of course they can be barred. In NJ or Missouri they aren’t allowed to bar you for skilled play but they claim you are disorderly or some other BS excuse to bar you.

I was 86ed 8 years ago from Suncoast for using a 10x point coupon. I went to the slot club there last week to see if they would allow me to play texas holdem poker in the Orleans poker room. The clerk took my id and slot card to the back office. After 4 minutes 4 security guards surrounded me and trespassed me again. I explained I was there to find out if I could play live poker at the Orleans and how could I find out if they won’t let me talk to anyone. The guard then made a photocopy of my ID without my permission. He had the copy in his hand, and I said, “well, I didnt say you could have my id, and I reached for the paper and he said “I will call Metro and have you arrested if you don’t let go of the paper” So I did, and they walked me out. He said to call the head of security or the GM to arrange a meeting, but he would write up that I grabbed the paper. Do you think there is any chance after this they will ok it for me to play live poker at Orleans? Or will I be 86ed from Boyd for life? Thanks.

Not sure why you’d go to the Suncoast slot club to find out if you could play at the Orleans poker room? You had been 86’d from Suncoast and if they didn’t say this extends to all the Boyd properties then you had plausible deniability if ever approached at Orleans. Even so, your best course of action would have been to contact the Orleans. Not the Suncoast.

When you do contact the Orleans, don’t bother going in person as the Director of Security never wants to meet in person. Don’t bother calling as they’ll never take your call. You have to send certified mail and wait for their reply. If they reply. Getting a trespass overturned is very unlikely though. Hiring an attorney to represent you for this isn’t a bad idea, but if you’re just looking to play some low-limit poker, it’s not worth it.

In AC they might just sue you to get the money back after they lost!

Read the following on Delaware Lottery:

34.10 It shall be unlawful for any person at a video lottery facility, including at its parking areas and/or adjacent facilities, without the written consent of the Director to use, or possess with the intent to use, any physical, electronic, electrical, computerized or mechanical device that is designed, constructed or programmed to assist the user or another person in projecting the outcome of a table game or video lottery machine; in keeping track of the cards played; in analyzing the probability of the occurrence of an event relating to the game; or in analyzing the strategy for playing or wagering to be used in the game

This would seem to include pencil and paper (mechanical). I like to keep a record of my play. Seems doing so would be illegal in Delaware. Yes?
