STK (Cosmo)—Frenetic. Loud. Expensive. Hip. Good. Fun. You’ll have to decide if the positive adjectives outweigh the negative (and which are which for you) when deciding if you want to eat in STK at the Cosmopolitan. You can get a 34-ounce bone-in cowboy ribeye here for $85, and that’s exactly what we did, given that it set a record for the most expensive non-Kobe steak we’ve reviewed in the history of LVA (beating the tomahawk ribeye at Carnevino by $8). Is it great? Pretty much, but you might look to the 7-ounce filet at an easier-to-fade $39. With two sides and two glasses of wine, the bill for two was $201.
One caveat: you get $50 in Dining Dollars (not a $50 gift card) for every $50 in gift cards you buy. The Dining Dollars may only be used between 1/1/2017 and 3/31/2017.
