In regards to the new shuffling machine. I’m wondering how legal it would be. My understanding is that casinos are “obligated” by law to offer a “fair” game insomuch that outcomes are not predetermined. If this machine can shuffle to a preset “shuffle” then the game it is being used for is no longer “not predetermined”.
So for example a casino could use this at a Blackjack table and have a “setting” that makes the count go no further than +2 (running or true) in order to thwart card counters (though it possibly could be then exploited in other ways).
No the machine does not have the ability to do that.
Bob,
In Ultimate X Wheel Poker you mention that you didn’t think there would be a strategy difference. You refer to getting the Wheel Spin on earned Full Houses (which should require a different strategy) in the beginning and only on dealt Full Houses in the end. Would you please clarify?
Thanx for pointing this out.
The wheel spin only occurs on dealt full houses. I mispoke when I said dealt or earned.
