Outstanding episode! I really liked the guest for the week as the name sounded very familiar; saw Mr. Frank at a G2E in the past. Liked it so much I plan to listen to the podcast again.

Mr. Frank’s former casino still has a video of him explaining how slot machine random number generators work.

As a heads up during the commercial break, Dreamcard costs the same 10 credits to play as Magic Deal Poker rather than 1 more as mentioned. The feature triggers more on Dreamcard than it does on Magic Deal Poker.

Enjoyed listening to Mr. Frank talk about so many topics. Thank you, Bob & Richard, for the show!

Foxwoods has simulated Roulette & craps tables with the physical wheel / dice. They have recently expressed, with label maker text strips at each player terminal, that the game play will not generate any player rewards points for play at any level (even though there are working player card slots at each terminal which read out your name as though you were being rated when the card is inserted.) Payouts were same as tables – only limitation (other than comps) is that craps accepted a maximum 1x odds.

Possibly the most interesting and certainly the most articulate guest I’ve “seen” on your show thus far.

SugarHouse in Philadelphia just added a whole section of these roulette/craps machines with the real wheel and dice. I wonder if it’s an Asian thing as recently they’ve expanded their Asian games onto the floor just outside the Asian room (they moved a bunch of blackjack tables to do so). The roulette/craps machines are sandwiched between these new Asian games and the new Chinese restaurant that opened about a month before the machines were placed. I have no interest in roulette or craps so I’ve never played them but have curiously watched in passing a time or two.
