Anthony is correct. You can sign up and fund an account from anywhere, you just need be geographically in NJ to place a wager. When you login from outside of NJ, you’ll get a warning that you’ll be breaking the law if you attempt to wager from outside NJ. You then click on a link that says “Let me look around” (or something to that effect) to proceed.
There are many great sign-up deals in NJ and I hope to write a guide sometime soon which would point GWAE listeners and LVA readers to all the great deals. I’d even contend that a “NJ sign-up run” would be profitable for anyone in the US even after any travel expenses.
