There are lots of reasons casinos bar players even if they haven’t broken any laws. Another reason is to cover for employee theft. Just like the cops, it makes it look like they are actually trying to go after the actual law breakers. Another reason is just plain old quotas, they are supposed to bar a certain number of players every month, that’s part of their job description. It really doesn’t matter if they are actual so-called “advantage players” or not. Of course, they are probably not, the true “pros” know who to pay off to avoid the cutoffs.
