January 11th (today) is the last day to apply on line.\u00a0 After that, the bonus goes down to 50,000 points.<\/p>\n<p>You can apply in person at a Chase branch for this card until March 11th. I had success applying at a local branch but was refused for a chase freedom card on line, due to their 5\/24 rule. At some point, Chase will close down this work around so if you want this card ( and you should), get to your local Chase bank branch by March 11th.<\/p>\n<p>Also, there is no on line referral for this card so applying at\u00a0a local branch doesn&#8217;t &#8216;cost&#8217; you anything.<\/p>\n<p>One of the perks of the Chase Sapphire Reserve card is a $300 annual travel credit. The wording on when the offer starts is a little confusing but basically, if you get the card in December ( like I did) you will miss out on the current year travel credit.
