Well, you can!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I once saw Patrick Ewing\nplaying blackjack at Bellagio. He played mostly good basic strategy, except he\nsplit 4s on one hand. That\u2019s part of the reason he was losing stacks of $10,000\nchips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>If you haven\u2019t met anyone famous in the flesh, you can \u201cmeet\u201d loads of celebrities at the Venetian, home of Madame Tussauds Wax Museum. The historic London doppelganger gallery now has locations all over the world, including the Las Vegas Strip.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" height=\"735\" width=\"980\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.lasvegasadvisor.com\/vegas-with-an-edge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/DSCN2938-1024x768.jpg?resize=980%2C735&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3045\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The museum is easily accessed using the outdoor entrance to the Grand Canal Shoppes. It <em>is <\/em>open during the pandemic, though I\u2019d advise you to call ahead and double-check as everything is in flux these days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" height=\"735\" width=\"980\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.lasvegasadvisor.com\/vegas-with-an-edge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/DSCN2943-1024x768.jpg?resize=980%2C735&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3046\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Tickets are $30, but you can save $3 by buying online at least a day in advance. There\u2019s also a package price that includes a gondola ride at Venetian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The attraction itself is enjoyable. The wax figures are extremely lifelike, fantastic representations of their real-life counterparts. Each one is placed with a backdrop to make them seem even more real. This is a great place for Vegas photo opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" height=\"735\" width=\"980\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.lasvegasadvisor.com\/vegas-with-an-edge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/DSCN2939-1024x768.jpg?resize=980%2C735&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3047\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>After your visit, check out the Field of Dreams store in the Grand Canal Shoppes, to shop for real-life movie and sports memorabilia.
