Yes, the <strong>Las Vegas Raiders<\/strong> have had enough of underachieving QB <strong>Derek Carr<\/strong> and are benching him for long-shot games against the playoff-bound <strong>Kansas City Chiefs<\/strong> and <strong>San Francisco 49ers<\/strong>. As for the gambling sphere, you&#8217;d need a microscope to find relevant news, except for &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nevada<\/strong> gaming grosses. They&#8217;re 7% down from last year, totaling $1.2 billion for the month of November. The <strong>Las Vegas Strip<\/strong> took it on the chin, diving 11% to $669.5 million. Players lost 5% more at the tables, on 8% stronger wagering. Slot win inched up 2% on 5% more coin-in and despite low hold. The wipeout came at baccarat, where players took the house to the tune of -23% on low hold and 9% less wagering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Downtown<\/strong> was unaffected, flat at $83 million, while <strong>Laughlin<\/strong> slipped 5% to $41 million. Locals play was steady save on the <strong>Boulder Strip<\/strong>, which stumbled 9% to $85 million. <strong>North Las Vegas<\/strong> dipped 2% to $23 million and miscellaneous <strong>Clark County<\/strong> was flat at $145.5 million.
