The team is preparing for the opening night of a new Monday series. It\u2019s called Chef\u2019s Table \u2013 a more inclusive version of a coveted dining experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instead of a traditional chef\u2019s table, usually reserved for V.I.P.s and often tucked into a corner of the kitchen, this one takes over the entire restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEvery table is a chef\u2019s table,\u201d says chef\/owner Sam Marvin. \u201cEveryone eats the same thing.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The concept is simple, but ambitious: a single, curated menu served to the full room, designed to deliver an exclusive, chef-driven experience. At many <a href=\"https:\/\/www.neonfeast.com\/list\/21347255-steak-strip\">Las Vegas steakhouses<\/a>, even <a href=\"https:\/\/www.neonfeast.com\/list\/21358660-steak-off-strip\">off-Strip<\/a>, a lesser steak served a la carte can approach or exceed the full cost of this meal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chef\u2019s Table is not a one-night experiment. The series will continue on select Mondays throughout the year, each built around a new theme, with the entire restaurant sharing the same menu and experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The next dinner, scheduled for April 20, is expected to focus on seafood, with Marvin working closely with longtime vendors to source premium product and maintain the same value-driven approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m able to leverage relationships I\u2019ve had for 35 years,\u201d he says. \u201cWe\u2019re bringing in things people can\u2019t imagine \u2014 at a fraction of the cost.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Optional add-ons for the debut dinner \u2014 including shrimp cocktail, mac and cheese, and spinach \u2014 along with curated cocktails and wine pairings, allow guests to customize the experience.
