AC: The AC Press has been freely reporting AC problems for many years, including today’s, 1/31 comments from Hard Rock’s Joe Lupo: “our buildings can’t be surrounded by drug addicts and prostitutes, the lights need to work, the Boardwalk needs to be fixed, the beaches need…”. All but one CRDA casino exec agreed. Mayor Small’s response that the CRDA (casino board) comments was another “attempt to indirectly sway voters for the change of government” effort. The mayor adds the casinos could do more to contribute ($$$$). The AC Press has been free and fair, but government has to be reading and listening to the needs of all the people, including the business owners and visitors. The other day, I had to search for security people 3X inside HR because of the beggars.
