Um, are they on crack, or living in a cave? I get discount offers from Bellagio all the time and I’ve never even played there — just on the email list! Recent examples, book 2 nights, get 3rd free; or, book 60+ days in advance and get 25% off your booking and discounted Cirque tix.
Also I can tell you as a tier 8 or 9 for MGM (whichever I am) I have offers through September for 3 nights free room and more freebies then any of the other MGM properties. All I’ve ever had before for a Bellagio offer was a birthday offer. And even after that (which was last year) I wasn’t receiving anything beyond discounted rates.
I’m glad to have them, but I have to believe that MGM is working to keep Bellagio and Aria occupancy up.
I stayed at Bellagio 4 weeks ago on what they called the winter promotion. 3 free nights, $75 in free play and half price show tickets. The first offer I ever received from the company. I was shocked to get the offer.
