Governor Christie unfortunately was and is not the only public figure who made stupid decisions regarding wearing masks, the entire Las Vegas casino resort establishment at first opened their doors without requiring patrons to wear face coverings… Undoubtedly many people contracted the virus, and some ended up in the hospital or dead. I appreciate Christie coming clean, but if our leadership had promoted and mandated mask wearing from the beginning of the pandemic, we would have way less death and negative economic outcomes. Its not a big ask, our country could have had the kind of results South Korea has had, its a shame that politics was allowed to trump science…
