Road to Hong Kong

I. Nelson Rose, the cosmos’ leading expert on gaming law (and a real mensch) is taking his facts and hitting the road on a round-the-world tour. The Whittier Law School professor will be speaking at the Global iGaming Summit & Expo, May 17 in San Francisco, before heading to Tulsa to headline at CasinoFest9 (May 19). From there, it’s on to Ireland for the iGaming Super Show, May 25 in Dublin (plenty of time to get over that jet lag), thence to Macao for a June 7 University of Macao seminar. Playing an extended run in the Far East, Rose appears at G2E Asia on June 9, then jetfoils over to Hong Kong for the CCH Seminar on Gaming Law. It all sounds like the location-shoot itinerary for a Roger Moore-era James Bond movie, doesn’t it?

If you said “Pokergeddon” will be Prof. Rose’s leading topic of discussion, go to the head of the class. The good doctor’s itinerary also includes meetings in London but that’s all very top-hush, so S&G will wish him a heartfelt bon voyage and a safe return home. And if we’re lucky, maybe Prof. Rose will favor his readers with a few dispatches from the across the globe.
