I feel bad for the interviewer: Sheldon Adelson can’t even accept a compliment without being argumentative. And the least he could do is credit the late Sen. Everett Dirksen (R-IL), whose “a billion here, a billion there” quip Adelson delivers as smugly as though he just thought it up. Anyway, sit back and enjoy 29 minutes of paranoia, siege mentality, buck-passing all the other qualities that typify the Sheldon you know and love.
