If you want to be considered ‘with it,’ it wouldn’t hurt to display a modicum of literacy, as yet another painfully clueless Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas promotional short demonstrates. Don’t you just love the unwitting (Unwin-ing?) implication that the “hot chics [sic]” were staying — or at least dining — somewhere other than the Cosmo? Why else would these bimbos need a limousine to get them to Marquee … unless we’re to believe Cosmo patrons are such losers they couldn’t find their way unescorted to the bathroom, much less a nightclub?

Intellect? Reasoning? Logic?
You are so passe. Get with it. Its all show and flash and hip crowd. Didn’t you hear “Tribecca”… thats really relevant to Nevada isn’t it?
Flashing lights, gyrating DJs, get laid on the dancefloor beat, passing through the red velvet ropes while others wait… its all showmanship and hype.
Cosmo doesn’t want gamblers it wants the glitterati set: clubs and booze and music.
Roulette Wheel??? Which club is that?
Us gamblers need to come to grips with the fact that resorts in Las Vegas no longer look to us as the pot at the end of the rainbow. We are simply a feature, if you build a gaming table or install a slot, we will come. If the Cosmo ran an ad that they have good games and odds, the kind of folks they covet would not answer the ad. The locals casinos already have that segment, people looking for good games don’t go looking on the Strip. Night clup patrons party, and hard. They pay absurd “bottle-service” prices, and are out for a good time. Since I naturally wake up early, I often see folks dressed to the max playing at the tables after spending all night partying. The upside for these properties involves perpetuating the party atmosphere, not giving “advantage players” a foothold.
