- Maryland doesn’t have a set number of ‘skins,’ nor a tax rate (which will probably be high) but MGM, Caesars, Golden Entertainment, Churchill Downs and maybe even Penn National Gaming are all positioned to compete for the sports-betting audience.

- Nebraska: Tribes are the winner and some casinos in Iowa could be the loser as money stays in the Cornhusker State.
