Bars are the number one most dangerous places for covid transmission, they are indoors, and often the patrons sit down and spend time in very close proximity to other patrons. The way to get a handle on this virus is to deny it the opportunity to go from person to person. I doubt the Governor opens the bars later today, and I bet many will get lividly angry about that… If we can get the positivity rates on virus testing under 5% we could have football, in person schooling, and other things, New York got theirs to around 2%, it can be done…
