Federal Court is the venue for election disputes, after that there is no legit path to changing results. What we really need to do in my opinion is get rid of Citizens United, the POTUS is raising hundreds of millions of dollars from his avid supporters to supposedly “stop the steal”, and the bulk of that money is going to a Super Pac. He can legally do whatever he wants with that money, its going to end up being a giant slush fund, he will usuriously spend it at his own properties. If we clean up campaign financing, there would be no incentive to continue this grift… Of course the big fear is violence, when you convince people their vote is being “stolen” it could lead to very bad outcomes…
I just received a glossy flier from one of two major parties that depicted a man with a clothespin over his nose. It read “NEITHER PARTY IS PERFECT! Hold your nose and vote.” Now *there’s* a ringing endorsement of representative democracy.
