The only downside to Righthaven’s losses is the lack of resources Righthaven has to pay all of the judgments that are likely to come due once everyone wronged by Righthaven gets their day in court. I wonder if the copyrights they’ve been assigned have any value–it would be interesting if the Review Journal would have to pay for the right to display the content they originally produced and then assigned to Righthaven because those copyrights may be the only assets Righthaven has left.
