Lou Lang sure is persistent about his desire for casino expansion in Illinois because of jobs, tax revenue, etc. Mr. Lang is also well aware that last week Moody’s Investor Service slapped Illinois with the lowest credit of any state in the nation, even worse than California, which is staring at a $13 billion deficit.
As I have said here before the only place that needs a casino in Illinois is somewhere downtown Chicago in the Loop. Hopefully that will happen sometime soon.

Lets raise the taxes on Illinois casinos again too!
