Oh come on… Righthaven was and is a perfect symbol of right wing hypocrisy. Ole Sherm is perfectly happy to denigrate trial lawyers unless they happen to be doing his bidding. Entertainment to those of us who enjoy this new brand of politics…
It’s characteristic of the Sherm I worked for that he’d not hire top-shelf legal talent but would go with the chintziest shyster he could find, then primarliy target people who didn’t have the wherewithal to defend themselves in court.
