It’s no surprise to read in today’s papers that an opportunist like Sheldon Adelson was cozying up to this casino-industry washout but I thought Steve Wynn had higher standards.

For some add reason, it appears that Trump and Wynn have been pretty cozy over the past couple of years. Have you ever heard Wynn’s rants about the President though (I know you have)? While a bit more tame than Donald, I do believe that Wynn is on the same train … he just knows how to operate casinos!
In Wynn’s defense, he confines his jeremiads — in which the media has long since lost interest — to matters economic. He’s never gotten down and wallowed in the manure, Trump’s natural habitat.
This entire fiasco, Trump as a “politician,” is and was designed to get free ink for his properties, Trump International in a lousy Vegas location getting the lion’s share. For two separate days the world was watching as the Donald took to the mic in his non-gaming “resort” that was supposed to be condos. Romney tragically feels he needs to give a nod to the racists who question the legitimacy of our POTUS. Why else did he release his own birth certificate the same day? Will Steve Wynn join the Citizens United B.S. TV-commercial party and will we ever know if he does? This is a history-book era and election. Scholars will be writing about the Supreme Court allowing billionaires to hijack our country and if the people stand up to it …
Does anyone else find it amazing that the ones who get the most ink are the worst that America has to offer? Without their wealth, who would pay any attention to their lunacy?
