CDI\/Delaware North will evacuate the current <strong>Warren County Fairgrounds<\/strong> track and relocate <a href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?hl=en&amp;q=prison farm Union Road and State Route 63 in Turtle Creek Township in Warren County%2C Ohio&amp;gbv=2&amp;um=1&amp;ie=UTF-8&amp;sa=N&amp;tab=wl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">to an intersection<\/a> in <strong>Turtle Creek Township<\/strong>, outside <strong>Lebanon<\/strong>. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.buckeyecountry105.com\/cc-common\/mainheadlines3.html?feed=226193&amp;article=10565652\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">A former penal colony<\/a>, the land will now become <strong>The Lebanon Raceway<\/strong> and is hoped to stimulate home prices in the area. If so, it&#8217;s all good.<\/p>\n<p>Lebanon Raceway won&#8217;t open for another 13 months but is expected to create 700 jobs when it does. Incidentally, I don&#8217;t know if this is what Gov. <strong>John Kasich<\/strong> (R-OH) planned as <!--more-->his legacy, but he has now masterminded the most rapid casino expansion of any state in the last 15 years, larger than anything that the voters, the Lege or predecessor <strong>Ted Strickland<\/strong> ever envisioned.
