It’s besieged by liens and unpaid bills, which Bulloch is going to cover by — wait for it — borrowing still more money. The developer is all happy-days-are-here-again about Skyvue but when the construction crane has been dismantled<\/a> and the main bearing sent to Germany<\/strong>, it’s never cause for optimism. If regarded as abstract art, Bulloch’s ‘twin towers’ are impressively monumental, though. Give Gary Loveman<\/strong> this much credit — if you’ll pardon the pun — he at least had the money in place before erecting Linq<\/strong>‘s rival Ferris wheel, the Vegas High Roller<\/strong>.
