A judge in California<\/strong> has called you “evasive and … intentionally dishonest.” (Or, in plain English, “Liar, liar, pants on fire!”) You’re under scrutiny for a laundry list of evasions, omissions and misrepresentations<\/a>? This situation, 11 years in the making, could get Saucier bounced from the Golden State, although the Nevada Gaming Control Board<\/strong> is fairly yawning with apathy. But, ever since his troubles started making national headlines, Saucier has raised his profile, not lowered it. Late last month, he troweled on the charm<\/a> for Wall Street<\/strong>‘s benefit. This morning, Galaxy was on the wires again, proclaiming itself, “the big winner in Casino Enterprise Management<\/em> Magazine’s International Table Game Awards<\/strong> for 2013.” The acclaimed products were High Card Flush<\/strong> and side-bet game 21+3 Classic<\/strong>. Casino Journal<\/em> had already named High Card Flush “Best New Table Game” in 2012. But put an asterisk on Galaxy’s home-run trot: Both games came to it by way of acquisition, not in-house development. Still, a man in Saucier’s position is going to put out an upbeat press release every chance he gets. Congratulations on the awards, Galaxy.
