This means that, in order to win, Lowden will have to run against the policies of Gov. <strong>Brian Sandoval<\/strong> (R), which could be a mite awkward if she&#8217;s successful. For those of us who recall Lowden&#8217;s salient policy plank from 2010, if she&#8217;s planning any media buys, she should offer to pay for them with poultry, then see what response she gets.
