Landlord <strong>Park Cattle Co<\/strong>. thought it was rid of longtime nemesis ColSux when it settled a lawsuit in return for a huge cash payment and an expedited termination of the Horizon&#8217;s lease, then held by <strong>Tropicana Entertainment<\/strong>. The latter then turned around and &#8212; surprise! &#8212; sold the Horizon lease to ColSux, putting it back in bed with Park Cattle.
