If we record a surplus at the end of this year, we will keep the cash-sharing scheme,\u201d said Chief Executive Fernando Chui<\/strong>. Since the falloff in gambling revenue has hit the government’s financial surplus (which stands at $44 billion), Chui’s actions are more proactive than reactive.<\/p>\n
