At the very moment a <em>Roll Call<\/em> reporter was saying Democratic senators would try &#8220;to sweep it under the rug,&#8221; the control room cut to a shot of <strong>an enormous toup\u00e9e<\/strong>, towering from the noggin of Sen. <strong>Ben Nelson<\/strong> (D-NE).
