You can see spectators scurrying to evade the dust cloud, as it threatens to engulf <strong>Circus Circus<\/strong>. The <strong>Las Vegas Convention &amp; Visitors Authority<\/strong>&#8216;s efforts to keep the event on the lowdown were clearly for naught.
