According to <em>Macau Business Daily<\/em>, the metaresort&#8217;s four hotels &#8212;\u00a0<strong>St. Regis<\/strong>, <strong>Sheraton Grand<\/strong>, <strong>Conrad<\/strong> and <strong>Holiday Inn<\/strong> &#8212; will be redecorated in a <strong>London<\/strong> theme.\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-10538\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lasvegasadvisor.com\/stiffs-and-georges\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/sands_cotai_central_macau-300x206.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"206\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.lasvegasadvisor.com\/stiffs-and-georges\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/sands_cotai_central_macau-300x206.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.lasvegasadvisor.com\/stiffs-and-georges\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/sands_cotai_central_macau-150x103.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.lasvegasadvisor.com\/stiffs-and-georges\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/sands_cotai_central_macau.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>\u201cThe decision is done, it\u2019s now just a matter of starting to work on it,&#8221; said an anonymous <strong>Sands China<\/strong> source. The five-year-old hotel towers will be retrofitted with what are described as distinctive features of the <strong>United Kingdom<\/strong>, in order to make them &#8220;more attractive to Chinese visitors,&#8221; in the manner of <strong>Venetian Macao<\/strong> and <strong>Parisian<\/strong>. Replicas of\u00a0<strong>Big Ben<\/strong>, the <strong>Tower of London<\/strong>, <strong>Buckingham Palace<\/strong> or the <strong>Tower Bridge<\/strong> are rumored, but not confirmed.<\/p>\n<p>The London theme will extend to the casino-resort interiors and, in keeping both with London and the auspicious color of red, double-decker buses will <!--more-->ferry visitors around Cotai Central. While the concept might seem tacky to some, Sands Cotai Central&#8217;s generic look could probably withstand improvement, provided that it&#8217;s tastefully done. Adelson <img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-20111\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lasvegasadvisor.com\/stiffs-and-georges\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Walder-Frey.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"190\" height=\"265\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.lasvegasadvisor.com\/stiffs-and-georges\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Walder-Frey.jpeg 190w, https:\/\/www.lasvegasadvisor.com\/stiffs-and-georges\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Walder-Frey-108x150.jpeg 108w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 190px) 100vw, 190px\" \/>has reason to feel happy these days: an anonymous high roller blew through $75 million at Venetian Macao, which is certain to fatten the next quarter&#8217;s receipts.
